Once an operator inputs the size and data of the box and working positions, the machine can set jobs automatically and the data will be stored in the computer for the future same box project.

2. This machine adopts a pneumatic power and dual PLC control system.

3. It only takes 10 minutes to change and install a new mold, needless to replace the folding blades and bubble pressing boards, mold data can be directly loaded into the system from previous history data saved in the command center.

3. All processes are completed in continuous action,  speeding up box production.

4. This machine model is easy to set jobs and stable, simple to operate, easy to study, it has a great bubble pressing function (98% of the time the boxes do not need to be pressed again). It can be applied to work on paper boxes, wooden boxes. 

5. All important parts such as servo motors, air cylinders and sliding rails are imported from Taiwan, with a  lifespan 50% higher than our competitors.
