ZJH-VP Visual Positioning Machine has three parts, a Feeder paper gluing machine, conveyor machine and positioning machine, these three parts all have independent servo drives. Using YAMAHA robotic arm and camera imaging positioning, it can achieve precise positioning of rigid boxes, leather cases, slipcase boxes, special-shaped boxes and other products. It is suitable for all kinds of high-end rigid boxes that require glue positioning, such as mobile phone boxes, cosmetic boxes, jewelry boxes, watch boxes, wine boxes, cigarette boxes, etc. This model can position and place both bookcase and rigid box products.
1. Using two imported 4 million pixel industrial cameras and YAMAHA robotic positioning, the accuracy is ±0.05mm
2. The production speed is fast, 25-45pcs/min for the rigid boxes, 20-30pcs/min for the bookcases or lamination if the machine has been built with a case making option.

Due to pandemic caused travel restrictions, Zhongjiehao Technology will only provide services including box testing, job setting, online training, video call assistance for installation and job setting. If the situation allows, an engineer will be sent to help the buyer install and train the operators.
